Why Hasn’t President Peace Prize Killed al-Qaeda Sympathizer and Spokesman Bilal Abdul Kareem with a Drone Strike?

by Scott Creighton

Meet failed Actor Turned al-Qaeda Frontman, Bilal Abdul Kareem.

On Oct. 11th, 2006, the U.S. Department of Justice issued a press statement about the indictment of a U.S. citizen for treason and providing material support to our enemy, al-Qaeda.

In part, this is what that release said:

““Adam Gadahn is a U.S. citizen who made a choice to join and act as a propagandist for al Qaeda, an enemy of this country responsible for the horrific deaths of thousands of innocent Americans on Sept. 11, 2001,” said Deputy Attorney General Paul J. McNulty. “The War on Terror is a fight for hearts and minds, and Gadahn gave himself to our enemies in al Qaeda for the purpose of being a central part of their propaganda machine. By making this choice, we believe Gadahn committed treason – perhaps the most serious offense for which any person can be tried under our Constitution.”

Gadahn was born Adam Pearlman to a Jewish family in Florida. He “converted” to Islam and began making videos promoting the Islamist viewpoint and praising al-Qaeda. In 2006 he was indicted by the Federal Grand Jury for treason and other various crimes and in 2014 he was supposedly killed by President Peace Prize.

“The White House announced Thursday that Adam Gadahn, 36, was killed in January in a U.S. government counterterrorism operation.” CNN

Of course, that was all bullshit. Adam Pearlman played the role of the al-Qaeda boogeyman in order to demonize Muslims in general and help promote George Bush’s endless Global War OF Terror. The fact that he lived with his grandfather who just happened to be Carl Pearlman, a Jewish activist and on the Board of Directors of the Anti-Defamation League should not be overlooked.

But that’s not the point.

According to the official story (and for clarity of purpose, we will stick with the “official story” here) U.S. citizen Pearlman “radicalized” and converted to Islam only to become a mouthpiece for the radical Islamist ideology of al-Qaeda and served them by providing them aid and comfort through media. He did not take up arms against our country and he did not plant bombs targeting our soldiers. His crime, his treason, was simply to promote the Islamist ideology of al-Qaeda in a post 9/11 world.

His reward, supposedly, was death by drone strike on January 19, 2015. Actually, he was such a successful boogeyman, he got to be killed twice. Once in 2015 and once before in January of 2008 supposedly by another drone strike.

So he got two drone strikes for his treason.

This past week we have all heard way too much from an American asshole named Bilal Abdul Kareem. In one instance last week he was Tweeting from eastern Aleppo about it being his last days on earth because he and his “moderate” terrorist friends were going to be killed by the “invading” Syrian government.

And in a video released this week (no he wasn’t killed) he is praising another of his “moderate” terrorist friends and literally patting him on his suicide belt.

That’s not his real name by the way. Like “Gadahn”, he changed his once he “converted” to Islam back in ’97 or so. According to his own bio page, Bilal’s sister was named Sheila Jackson so I suppose that’s his real name as well.

On his bio page he says he attended a small college in New York wanting to be a writer and actor. He says he worked as an actor for a time after leaving school and then ended up back in New York living near a Mosque where attended and ended up converting.

Remarkably, it wasn’t enough for this new-found Muslim to simply be a Muslim. No, Bilal had to set out to Sudan of all places to learn what it meant to be a Muslim.

Of course, that would have been about 1998 just around the same time bin Laden and the CIA’s “al-Qaeda” was destabilizing that country on behalf of the masters of the universe.

Bilal ended up in Egypt where he took a job working for a Saudi Arabian propaganda media outlet called Huda TV. He produced a show for them called “Solutions” which was just pure propaganda from what I understand. English language Saudi propaganda in Egypt. That was during the last years of the U.S.-backed murderous Mubarak regime.

From there his career found him following various bloody U.S. inspired conflicts in places like Rwanda and Libya making documentaries basically praising the CIA-backed Islamists after the horrific bloodshed they unleashed on those nations.

In 2012 he really jump started his career by heading over to Syria to help promote Obama’s regime change operation by trying to cast a loving light on our “moderate” terrorists.

My first trip to Syria was in the summer of 2012. I was initially hosted by Ahrar al-Sham.” Bilal

Ahrar al-Sham is a terrorist organization recognized as such by most of the free world.

On Oct. 6th, 2016, a German court convicted 4 men of supporting terrorism for having ties to Ahrar al-Sham:

A German court has convicted four men who procured tens of thousands of euros (dollars) worth of supplies for the ultraconservative Ahrar al-Sham group in Syria of supporting a terrorist organization.” Fox News

In Aspen Colorado in June of 2016, Sec. of State John Kerry made this statement:

“From Orlando to San Bernardino to the Philippines and Bali, we’ve seen pictures and we’ve heard testimony of shocking crimes committed by al-Qaida, by Boko Haram, by Jaysh al-Islam, by Ahrar al-Sham, by al-Shabaab, Daesh, other groups against innocent civilians, against journalists, and against teachers particularly.” John Kerry

So even if the U.S. doesn’t support the notion that al-Sham is a terrorist organization like the rest of the civilized world does, our leaders are fully aware of the terrorism they commit if they only accidentally admit it to closed audiences.

It should be noted that Ahrar al-Sham is Wahhabist/ Salafist which is a unique brand of ultra-capitalist Islam from Saudi Arabia, the same country Bilal worked for while he was producing propaganda in Egypt.

Here’s a little more background on Bilal’s first sponsor in Syria:

“The U.S. Director of National Intelligence considers Ahrar al-Sham and Fatah al-Sham among the most effective Syrian opposition groups…Ahrar al-Sham worked with the Islamic State (IS) until January 2014…” Stanford.edu

The CIA and the State Department have been funding and arming this terrorist organization since the beginning of the color revolution in Syria. They are aligned with al-Nusra (al-Qaeda) and for a long time, were also aligned with “ISIS” perhaps even at a time when Bilal was working with them.

For those of you who don’t know, al-Nusra is al-Qaeda. They are the same thing, just rebranded for American consumption since it wouldn’t do to have folks cheering for the guys who supposedly killed 3,000 U.S. citizens on 9/11.

One of al-Nusra’s prominent leaders in Syria was Shaykh Abu Firas who was killed earlier this year:

“A prominent leader in Syrian al Qaeda offshoot Nusra Front was killed on Sunday in what rebel sources said appeared to be a U.S. drone strike in the rebel-held northwestern province of Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, which tracks violence in the country, confirmed reports on websites by militant sympathizers that Abu Firas, “the Syrian”, was killed along with a number of his companions.” Reuters

Why is he interesting? Because he has a looooooong history of working with al-Qaeda and even, some say, with bin Laden himself.

“Islamist rebel sources said Abu Firas was a founding member of the militant group who fought in Afghanistan in the 1980s and was a senior member of its policy-making Shura Council.

He worked with al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in galvanizing support among Pakistani supporters of the fundamentalist Taliban movement in Afghanistan several decades ago, the sources said.” Reuters

What’s that? al-Nusra leader Shaykh Abu Firas was a “founding member” of al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and “worked with” bin Laden “decades ago”?

Did he work with bin Laden on Sept. 11th I wonder (remember, we are operating on the basis of the OFFICIAL STORY of 9/11 and al-Qaeda here folks and doing that for effect, so calm down)

Wow. Yeah, I guess al-Nusra is al-Qaeda huh? Gee, I wonder why I include info on this dude in an article about Fox News’ new hero Bilal Abdul Kareem (and yes, he’s been featured on Fox News, CNN, VICE and the Intercept to name but a few)

Oh. Maybe this is why:

“Firstly Shaykh I’d like to greet you with: As salaao alaykum warahmutullaahi wa barakaatuh” Bilal Abdul Kareem said to al-Qaeda founder and friend of Osama bin Laden

As best as I can understand that translation he said to him “As (to) you and prayers and blessings Rahmtlh

Prayers and blessings to an al-Qaeda founder, huh?

Bilal has been running a “moderate” terrorist promotion Youtube page for years now. His specific interview with this specific terrorist only stands out because of who the man is and what he is supposed to have done over the past few decades.

Most of you who come here know full well what I think of the official story of 9/11 and the CIA contractors known as al-Qaeda or al-Nusra or whatever they happen to be calling themselves today.

Whatever I think of 9/11 doesn’t matter. The law on the books states that anyone providing aid and comfort to al-Qaeda is guilty of treason and must be arrested and prosecuted and I believe helping them make self-promotion videos to be dispersed to Muslims around the world highlighting the differences between their radical Islamic ideology as opposed to that of “ISIS” falls into that category. Its a recruitment film and Bilal has done several of them.

It’s understandable of course seeing as how he was bought and paid for by Saudi Arabia all those years ago and bin Laden, al-Qaeda, Wahhabism and all the rest of the neoliberal Muslim ideology comes straight from Saudi Arabia… like much of the funding for the “moderate” terrorists in Syria that Bilal was interviewing and promoting.

In 2011 in Yemen, 16-year-old U.S. citizen Abdulrahman al-Awlaki was targeted and killed by an Obama approved drone strike because his father happened to be Anwar al-Awlaki, a cleric turned Al Qaeda propagandist.

That boy never gave aid and support to al-Sham or al-Nusra or al-Qaeda and he damn sure never sat down with one of bin Laden’s friends and co-workers and offered him prayers and blessings.

Yet President Peace Prize killed him with a drone strike just the same and the mainstream media gave him a pass for it because he was close to an al-Qaeda propagandist.

So why are the MSM featuring this al-Qaeda propagandist on their networks these days? Am I the only reporter out here who takes the time to do the most basic of background checks on Bilal Abdul Kareem?

The other day, Caleb T. Maupin held up a picture of Bilal Abdul Kareem gently patting a terrorist’s suicide belt and asked John Kirby about how twisted our mainstream news sources have become. Kirby aw-shucked his way out of it. I followed his Twitter feed for that.

Perhaps a better question for Maupin to ask next time might be:

“Why hasn’t the State Department killed this al-Qaeda propagandist with a drone strike like you did Adam Pearlman Gadahn and Anwar al-Awlaki? Is it because you aren’t done with him yet?”

Now I’m not advocating Obama unleash his death squads from above on anyone. That’s not my thing.

But I do think it would be interesting to hear someone like Kirby try to explain why a 16-year-old kid is whacked because he happened to lose the lottery of birth and get raised by a guy who was an al-Qaeda propagandist… while this guy, Bilal Abdul Kareem, is a new darling of the mainstream media after having a sit-down with a former al-Qaeda founder and who has made a career for himself producing promotional videos for al-Qaeda linked terrorists in Syria.

Seems like someone has their priorities messed up in D.C. these days.
