Deep State Asset and Manufactured “Hero” Edward Snowden Now Promoting Iranian Destabilization Campaign

by Scott Creighton

UPDATE: Saudi Arabia has also promised to destabilize Iran recently due to their involvement in the thwarting of the Greater Kurdistan project and several protesters have admitted to receiving money and orders from “outside the country”

UPDATE: Edward Snowden backs Iran color revolution just like:

Hows that for a “former” intelligence asset who “spilled his guts” for “truth and freedom”?

President Trump’s Green Revolution in Iran is well underway with a number of regime change assets running around staging little scenes much like Hillary Clinton’s assets did back in 2009. There are rioters killing various people, Twitter accounts posting photos of pro-government marches as if they were the opposition and of course, various PR firms working the operation as if their neoliberal lives depended on it.

Neo-cons in the American media and the U.S. President are all demanding that Americans stand with the “Iranian people” and the “protesters” in their “fight for freedom.” Brandon Turbeville

Last Thursday some protests took place in various cities in Iran supposedly by people angered over high unemployment and rising prices in the country. Within a couple of days the complicit MSM were reporting the main demand of the protesters was “regime change” due to “government corruption” which as we all know is a typical complaint raised by our color revolutionaries we hire to destabilize other nations. It is impossible to know for certain whether or not the first stage of the protests was legitimate or not.

As some of you might recall, protests in Turkey over the government’s privatizing Gezi Park were hijacked by regime change opportunists who tried to turn it into a color revolution back in May of 2013. Sometimes these things start from authentic organic dissatisfaction, that is true.

But other times they are completely fabricated from the start like what happened in Libya, Syria and Ukraine.

Leading one to believe this event in Iran is probably an example of the latter is the fact that protestors are now chanting things like “Let go of Palestine,” and “Not for Gaza, Not for Lebanon, I’d give my life (only) for Iran.” and just a few weeks ago the White House and Tel Aviv met to discuss developing a strategy on Iran:

“A delegation led by Israel’s National Security Adviser met with senior American officials in the White House earlier this month for a joint discussion on strategy to counter Iran’s aggression in the Middle East, a senior U.S. official confirmed to Haaretz,” wrote Haaretz agency. (Israeli Delegation Met U.S. Officials to Discuss ‘Iran Strategy,’ Syria)

Weeks ago Israeli security officials and their counterparts in the pro-Israel Trump administration met to discuss a way to counter Iran’s influence in Syria and suddenly, for no apparent reason, protests in Iran start up… all of a sudden?

And we aren’t supposed to make a connection here?

How about another connection? How would that be?

How do you think our National Security assets communicate with the assets they have in unfriendly countries like Iran now or Ukraine before the color revolution we staged over there? I mean beyond holding secret meetings with opposition leaders in our embassies like was done in Ukraine before the protests started. How do we communicate with the general rabble on the ground getting them ready and organized for “protests” when we are ready to start a regime change project? We can’t send them emails or call them on their cell phones because for the most part the targeted nations have security systems that are roughly equivalent to those we have in place since they already know they are being targeted for regime change.

So how do we do it?

We use social media platforms that are encrypted via TOR so targeted governments can’t read the messages but our assets and our intelligence agencies can communicate with one another and organize their efforts i.e. their “organic protests”.

“The core principle of Tor, “onion routing”, was developed in the mid-1990s by United States Naval Research Laboratory employees, mathematician Paul Syverson, and computer scientists Michael G. Reed and David Goldschlag, with the purpose of protecting U.S. intelligence communications online. Onion routing was further developed by DARPA in 1997…

The project was originally developed on behalf of the U.S. intelligence community and continues to receive U.S. government funding, and has been criticized as “more resembl[ing] a spook project than a tool designed by a culture that values accountability or transparency”.[19] As of 2012, 80% of The Tor Project’s $2M annual budget came from the United States government, with the U.S. State Department, the Broadcasting Board of Governors, and the National Science Foundation as major contributors,[157] aiming “to aid democracy advocates in authoritarian states”.[15] Other public sources of funding include DARPA, the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, and the Government of Sweden.[31][158]

As a reaction to the “spontaneous uprising” we see taking place, the Iranian government, quite understandably, have shut down some of these social media platforms utilizing TOR and other “democracy building” programs. They have done this because they know and have stated that they are being used by “outside forces” to ferment discord in the country with the expressed purpose of destabilization.

This is where the manufactured “hero” Edward Snowden comes into play.

Manufactured Hero Ed Snowden to Spy on Activists and Investigative Journalists with New Haven App

Edward Snowden, the manufactured hero of the CISPA movement, wants you to install his new App on your phone which he admits will spy on everything around it at all times. And he even suggests “activists and investigative journalists” use this near stuff they want to protect… like evidence, leaks or incriminating videos… or their bedrooms.

And he makes this pitch in a new video with him sitting in front of someone else’s electronics workbench while whispering like sneaky uncle Vinny or something. It is bizarre and creepy and makes me sick when I think of the young, dumb narcissistic a-holes who will buy into this honey-pot surveillance trick.

Funny thing is, he brags about how his new app is linked to State Department-backed and Department of Defense created TOR and the State Department’s Guardian Project.

You would have to be a special kind of stupid to put this thing on your phone and set it up in your house or your bedroom.

Former race-baiting “journalist” from The Intercept gets 5yrs for fake Jewish center bomb threats

(He was making up stories at The Intercept and then helping the Israeli Michael Kaydar gin up a false feeling of antisemitism here in the states as Donald Trump was about to take office. You guys remember that shit? I covered Juan Thompson starting back in Feb. of 2016. I called him a “race-baiting agent provocateur Mockingbird” back then and wrote about him when he was busted for doing the same shit a year later with antisemitism.)

from RT

A former journalist has been sentenced to 60 months in prison after admitting to terrorizing Jewish groups with bomb threats in a campaign to intimidate his ex-girlfriend. She says the NYPD ignored her calls for help.

Judge P. Kevin Castel sentenced former Intercept journalist Juan Thompson, 32, of St. Louis, Missouri Wednesday, and labeled the man’s actions as domestic terrorism. Thompson was also sentenced to three years supervised release after he serves his sentence, according to a press release sent out by the US Department of Justice.

The former journalist’s sentence is a year longer than the federal sentencing guidelines recommended by law.

Over a period of several months in 2016 and 2017, Thompson “communicated at least 12 threats to Jewish Community Centers (JCCs) and other Victim Organizations” in ex-girlfriend Francesca Rossi’s and his name. He also “made false allegations” about Rossi to her employer, according to the DOJ press release…

Glenn Greenwald and Max Blumenthal’s Incredible Hypocrisy in Calling Out MSM’s “Cult” of Fake News

As bad as it is that the MSM colludes with the Deep State to manufacture discontent with the president these days, the fact is, they are BOTH CIA Mockingbirds from way, way back. They are frauds and liars and have no business pointing fingers at anyone else calling them “frauds and liars”

Flashback Feb. 2017: Greenwald on Democracy NOW – Empowering the “Deep State” to Undermine Trump is Prescription for Destroying Democracy

Aaron Swartz Rolls Over in his Grave as We Ignore the Rise of the Privatized Surveillance State (and even pay for it)

by Scott Creighton

What was everyone concerned about back then? That the NSA would track our every move, record all of our calls and spy on us even in the sanctity of our own homes, right?Remember those days?

While that fight was going on, that was the biggest thing in the world. Our constitutional right to be secure in our persons and property was under siege from the big bad GUBMINT and we just had to do something.

That particular “crisis” was created by a CIA employee by the fake name of “Edward Snowden” and his PR team headed up by Glenn Greenwald. It’s what I called the ‘Manufactured Hero” story.

The whole thing was a scam from the very beginning and a few of us out here called it out for what it was immediately. We were called the “Snowden Truthers” and soundly attacked from all sides.

The truth of the matter was, Big Business was licking it’s chops at the prospect of getting CISPA passed through congress in the years before the “Snowden” psyop but they were thwarted by a concerted effort from a lot of online activists who understood that the overall plan was to privatize the surveillance state so they could profit from that aspect of the info they collected and also profit from the selling of that data they harvested.

Aaron Swartz almost single-handedly stopped CISPA the first time around, so they made sure he wasn’t around for their final effort. They “found” him hanging in his closet in New York exactly three months prior to Greenwald’s “Snowden” revelation and just two months prior to a number of Big Business representatives going to congress and demanding they pass CISPA in the new congress.

Facebook using people’s phones to listen in on what they’re saying, suggests professor

(Oh yeah, it’s a good thing the 12 guys at the NSA don’t have access to your personal communications. Now it’s only Facebook, Google, Progressive, Samsung, General Motors, X-Box, Microsoft, any security system provider you have at your home or Arnold Schwarzenegger and his cell phone app can listen in to your conversations whenever they want. And that’s much better, right? So thank you “Edward Snowden” and Glen Greenwald for all that wonderful work you did.)

from the Independent

Facebook could be listening in on people’s conversations all of the time, an expert has claimed.

The app might be using people’s phones to gather data on what they are talking about, it has been claimed.

Facebook says that its app does listen to what’s happening around it, but only as a way of seeing what people are listening to or watching and suggesting that they post about it.

The feature has been available for a couple of years, but recent warnings from Kelli Burns, mass communication professor at the University of South Florida, have drawn attention to it.

Professor Burns has said that the tool appears to be using the audio it gathers not simply to help out users, but might be doing so to listen in to discussions and serve them with relevant advertising. She says that to test the feature, she discussed certain topics around the phone and then found that the site appeared to show relevant ads.
