John T. Booker Jr. Was Handled by FBI, Drugged and Then Set-Up to “Get Him Off the Streets”

by Scott Creighton

Late last night I wrote about John T. Booker Jr., 20, of Topeka, who was charged Friday with planning a suicide attack at Fort Riley, just west of Topeka.  I wrote about how John, a.k.a. Muhammed Abdullah Hassan, had been in the ROTC program at his high school and ended up as a Master Sgt in that program before graduating school. I wrote about how it seems he was used to craft a non-existing threat to the military as he signed up in February for the delayed entry program just so he could go online and post a bunch of BS “jihad” material about wanting to sign up so he could stick an officer with a sword or some other such crap. Of course, the FBI “discovered” him on Facebook less than a month later and his military career was put on hold. That was early 2014.

I also pointed out that “Muhammed Abdullah Hassan” was the subject of a huge manhunt via the FBI and a branch of military intelligence because somehow they managed to lose track of the then 19-year-old kid right up until he was meeting with the FBI’s confidential informant in Oct and being set up for this other “terrorist” threat.

The FBI is searching for a recent Army recruit believed to be planning a “Fort Hood-inspired jihad against U.S. soldiers,” has learned.

The alert, whose legitimacy was confirmed by military and law enforcement officials, stated that a man identified as Booker had told friends of his “intention to commit jihad.” Booker, who is also known as Muhammad Abdullah Hassan, was recruited by the U.S. Army in Kansas City, Mo., in February 2014 and was scheduled to report for basic training on April 7. But he was discharged last week, apparently after law enforcement authorities learned of his alleged plan.

I wondered aloud last night about the wisdom of keeping a guy who they claim wanted to kill officers of the US military out on the streets while they planned the next “terror” attack they could pin on him.

Apparently, I’m not alone in thinking that.

The Painfully Stupid Topeka “ISIS” Suicide Bomb Plot: Bull Crap Like a 7 Layer Dip

by Scott Creighton

UPDATE: Did I mention he was mentally ill as well? Let’s see: mentally ill, desperately poor, on the radar of the FBI for a long time, no possibility to pull off a terrorist act on his own and handled by confidential informants right up til the “attack”. A text book case of keeping us safe from their own terrorism by the FBI.

The FBI has foiled yet another of their signature terror plots, this one involving a young man who they claim wanted to wage jihad on the military in the Midwest on behalf of “ISIS™ “.

In Topeka, Kansas 20-year-old John T. Booker Jr. was steered along by not one but two confidential informants (CI) working for the FBI as they prepared a car bomb for him to detonate, along with one of the informants mind you, at Fort Riley military base.

You can read the criminal complaint here. It was filed today, 4/10/2015.

It’s full of the same crap they are always filled with: a hapless “terrorist”, already on the FBI radar for a while, poor, being led around by the nose by a CI who’s probably looking to get off for some crime he committed in the past.

In this case, the bomb making material wasn’t stored at Booker’s home and the fake bomb itself was crafted by the two CIs… not Booker.

Also important to note, they claim Booker wanted to detonate the suicide bomb himself but for some reason one of the CIs had to drive him to the location where he was arrested.

According to the report, he picked the location:

“When asked whether he knew of a target, Booker told the FBI source he know of a military post in Manhattan called “the Big Red One.” CJ Online

The plan then was set for Fort Riley, home of the “Big Red One” 1st Infantry Division, which is in Kansas… where Booker lived.

Left to his own devices, Booker couldn’t put a bomb together because he had no money and no skills.

But that’s not why I’m writing this article. That’s always the story with these FBI heroics, isn’t it?

No. Here’s why I’m writing this late at night:

Take a look at this image they are circulating of John Booker, a.k.a. Muhammed Abdullah Hassan. Seems pretty straight forward, right? He’s a Muslim, ergo a turrurrurrist.

John T. Booker Jr., 20, is charged with one count of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction, one count of attempting to damage property by means of an explosive and one count of attempting to provide material support to the Islamic State, according to a federal indictment unsealed late Friday morning. I don’t know why he looks 12 in that photo, but there you go.

It’s not by chance they chose to use that one as opposed to this one:

Yes ladies and gentlemen, that is Cadet Master Sgt. John Thomas Booker Jr. of the Topeka West Army Jr. ROTC back in 2011 when he was in high school. And yes, he’s doing some community service helping disadvantaged kids.

John T. Booker graduated high school from Topeka West High in 2012. He then did a year at jobs corp studying “security and protective services” through 2013.

Now this is where the story becomes really interesting.
