Jeremy Corbyn Doubles-Down on Skripal Propaganda – Boy Got His Mind Right with the QUICKNESS

by Scott Creighton

A few days ago I made a video in which I pointed out that Jeremy Corbyn penned an op-ed in the Guardian in which he not only backed Theresa May’s unsupported claims about Russia “attacking” England with this “n00b agent” (“novichok” or “newbie”) but he took her ridiculous propaganda one step further. He did this in spite of being praised for initially having a rational approach to the Segeri Skripal poisoning case.

Theresa May was right on Monday to identify two possibilities for the source of the attack in Salisbury, given that the nerve agent used has been identified as of original Russian manufacture. Either this was a crime authored by the Russian state; or that state has allowed these deadly toxins to slip out of the control it has an obligation to exercise.” Jeremy Corbyn March 15

This statement is completely false. First of all, May never said it was it was identified “as of original Russian manufacture” What she was it was  “… a military-grade nerve agent, of a type developed by Russia, …“… her U.S. and French counterparts were quick to use the same carefully worded language “…a military-grade nerve agent, of a type developed by Russia...”

There are serious doubts as to whether or not this “novichok” agent ever even existed. The word means “new ones” or “newbies” and it supposed to reflect something told to breathless U.S. intelligence services back in the late 80s when a Russian agent defected and told them what they wanted to hear regarding Russia cheating on an upcoming chemical weapons ban treaty (1992)

All that aside, it’s hard to imagine the Russians having any reason at all to use a chemical weapon they supposedly don’t have anymore to attack an old man who hasn’t set foot in their country since he was released from prison in 2010 during a spy exchange with the United States. With the presidential election coming up and the World Cup about to kick off… what possible reason could Moscow have for using a weapon the West associates with them to kill a man they don’t give a crap about anymore?

Of course, the West has tons of motives, as I detailed in an earlier article.

In spite of all  of that, Jeremy Corbyn has doubled-down on his Red-baiting propaganda. In an interview slated to be broadcast today, Corbyn continued to wag the finger of blame in the direction of Moscow.

“And in an interview with the BBC to be broadcast later on Tuesday, Corbyn again stopped short of blaming the Kremlin for the attack.

What I’m saying is the weapons were made from Russia, clearly,” he told Radio 4’s World at One. “I think Russia has to be held responsible for it but there has to be an absolutely definitive answer to the question, where did the nerve agent come from?”

Corbyn added: “All fingers point towards Russia’s involvement in this, and obviously the manufacture of the material was undertaken by the Russian state originally.” Jeremy Corbyn Mar. 20th

Leave it to the Guardian to take those quotes and come up with the conclusion he “stopped short” of blaming the Kremlin. How do you not blame someone for something while calling for them to be “held responsible” for it?

Corbyn later adds in the interview:

Would I do business with Putin? Sure. And I’d challenge him on human rights in Russia, challenge him on these issues and challenge him on that whole basis of that relationship,” he told the BBC.” Jeremy Corbyn Mar. 20th

Now let me see if I got this straight… he’s saying Russia has serious “human rights” issues and suggests he still thinks “these issues” (Skripal attack) are a problem… but he would still “do business” with Putin?

Yeah, can’t let Britain’s oligarchs suffer on their spread sheets no matter how many folks Vlad the Impaler strips of their rights or kills overseas, now can we?

Hell of a “progressive ideology” Mr. Corbyn has.

Gee, I wonder if that fraud Jimmy Dore will do a follow-up video on Corbyn. Let me hold my breath and see.

  1. Well…. I differ.

Corbyn realized that ALL the Western leaders agree on this issue of grave concern:

“The leaders of the United States, France, Germany and Britain say they are united in blaming Russia for a nerve agent attack on former spy Sergei Skripal.
In a rare joint statement, President Donald Trump, President Emmanuel Macron, Chancellor Angela Merkel and Prime Minister Theresa May say “there is no plausible alternative explanation” to Russian responsibility in the March 4 attack in England.
They say Russia’s failure to respond to Britain’s “legitimate request” for an explanation “further underlines its responsibility.”

Obviously Corbyn is not, deep down, as some still unfairly suspect him, some kind of commie with contempt for consensus, like that pinko American writer, Kurt Vonnegut (“Millions of flies can’t be wrong. Eat shit!”)

As for Putin, I have no animus against him. I call’em as I see’em. I fault him, among many other deficiencies, for lack of basic manners. Look how he responded when Macron called him:

“[Macron] called on Russian authorities to offer clarity on their role in the nerve agent attack on a former spy in the English city of Salisbury, and to come clean on any arms programmes that may not have been declared to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.”
Also: ““In the name of France, the French president offered Russia and the Russian people his wishes for success with the modernisation of the country on the political, democratic, economic and social fronts,”

    How did Putin respond?
“Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday told Emmanuel Macron, his French counterpart, by phone that allegations Moscow was behind the poisoning of a former British spy and his daughter in Britain were unsubstantiated.”

That’s it??? Couldn’t he reciprocate by wishing France success on all the same “fronts” and expressing his best wishes to France’s ex-premier, Sarcozy, who is in a nasty bit of trouble now?

  2. The Russians MOST LIKELY (either by DIRECT ORDER FROM PUTIN or because PUTIN’S ASSASSINS ARE OUT OF CONTROL) have just killed another Russian dissident who lived in London. I expect May will say something about it because the national security of the Brits is clearly at risk. She must demand that Putin EXPLAIN himself.
It appears that this time they used a dog leash. Scottland Yard must determine if it is a leash OF THE TYPE manufactured in Russia.

  3. Well looks like the British Bots are working pretty well as noted by the two comments above.

As for Corbyn bending over and sniffing the glove, I guess better to be anti-Red than dead…

    • I agree, I believe he is being prudent given what happened to Kelly. And it allows him to get in close and call for an investigation into the 840,00 euros plus the Tories have accepted in donations from the UK Russian community.
