I Rest My Case: Vanguard America is Indeed a Honeypot Run by a Marine Corp Recruiter

by Scott Creighton

Here’s what I wrote a couple days ago about James Alex Fields Jr.

Fields was in the military a total of 4 months. Went through basic training and then left.

There is a long history of various intelligence and law enforcement agencies recruiting directly from the ranks of the military and then sending those young recruits off to join various white supremacist movements and or militias. I’m not saying that is what happened with this guy, but it’s been done before. I covered one such operation in a previous American Gladio operation during the Obama days, though I can’t remember which one it was.

Vanguard America is definitely a honeypot operation.

And here is the story from Stars and Stripes published today (you’re gonna love this):

“In the search for answers after a white supremacist rally in Virginia devolved into deadly violence Saturday, attention turned to a New Mexican.

Dillon Hopper, a native of Roswell, heads the far-right organization Vanguard America that seemed in the chaos of the moment to have some sort of link to the man police say drove a car into a group of anti-racist demonstrators, leaving one woman dead.

Photos showing the suspected driver marching alongside the group’s members earlier in the day placed the organization, once described as insignificant, as well as the leader credited with helping build it, at the center of national outrage.

Vanguard America has denied the man charged with murder in Saturday’s attack was a member of the group before he showed up at the rally and says it does not condone criminal activity

But the episode nonetheless shines a light on a white supremacist leader homegrown in New Mexico.

Only a few years ago, Hopper, 29, seemed like a local boy who had made good.

A 2013 column in the Amarillo Globe-News recounted how an elderly Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteer inspired Hopper to join the Marine Corps. Hopper enlisted in Albuquerque and served in Iraq and Afghanistan. When he won a promotion to staff sergeant, he invited his former “big brother,” living at the time in the Texas Panhandle, to do the pinning — the feel-good occasion for the newspaper story.

Hopper later became a Marine Corps recruiter. But while in that role, it appears he also helped build a white supremacist group.

In April of this year, Hopper stood before a gathering of white supremacists in Kentucky and touted his work as head of Vanguard America, an organization that had become part of an effort to recast the racist far-right as mainstream.

Hopper’s service with the Marines ended in January, according to federal records. But that’s several months after the Anti-Defamation League says he took charge of Vanguard America…

By early 2016, Hopper was leading the organization, and under him, it has espoused an ideology increasingly aligned with neo-Nazis, said Carla Hill, an investigative researcher at the Anti-Defamation League.” Stars and Stripes

Here’s what the Guardian wrote about him Monday.

Dillon Hopper, the self-styled “commander” of Vanguard America, is a recently retired marine staff sergeant and veteran of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq…

Hopper, 29, has been using his former name, Dillon Irizarry, when appearing in public for Vanguard America. But he officially changed his name to Dillon Ulysses Hopper in November 2006, according to court records in his native New Mexico.

Hopper’s active duty with the marines ended in January this year, according to a Department of Defense record. Guardian

And this is what was reported by Splinter News:

Dillon Ulysses Hopper, the self-described “CEO” of Vanguard America, a hate group whose members were photographed alongside Fields on Saturday, worked as a Marine recruiter between 2011 and 2014. He was discharged in January, according to military records.

According to a Vanguard America representative, Hopper became a white supremacist in 2012, which means that he was enlisting military recruits while privately holding hateful and xenophobic beliefs contrary to the Marines’ stated core values. Splinter

There you go. I rest my case.

  1. No surprise. Mike Piper’s The Judas Goats details many other efforts to discredit nationalist groups – http://www.thechristianidentityforum.net/downloads/Judas-Goats.pdf.

They clearly are desperate to try to delegitimize Trump. Spineless Republicans mouthing bullshit about “supremacists, KKK, and Nazis” only expose the extent of the ownership of Con-gress once more.

  2. now go and look at the interviews with heather heyer’s parents — talk about shades of sandy hook, charleston, etc: “he just killed our daughter, but we forgive him”. they’re either amazingly kind & forgiving christian folk, or this whole thing was staged — just like sandy hook — except this time to undermine a sitting president.

don’t get me wrong — trump is an idiot & should have side-stepped this thing easily. but i think certain entities were sure they could count on his stupidity.

for years now i’ve been of the opinion that these theatrical events have been brought to us primarily by the dhs, but who knows.

  3. Like the Brooks brothers rioters just added facial hair and Viking shields.

    • The Viking shields are the result of people’s experience with Soros-funded Antifa scum who are permitted to attack nationalists.

This is first and foremost a free speech issue. Either we have it or we become like so many other nations in the West where only politically correct speech is permitted.

The other major point is that someone told the police to stand down. With the order to disperse after the marchers had reached the park, the orchestrators got the violence they wanted.

Lastly, thinking people should resist the Dr. P’s bell calling them to bark, “Nazi, KKK, skinhead” as the masses are supposed to do following the lead of Congressional whores Left and Right. Awareness of the planned replacement of ones people through migration does not make one a “Nazi, KKK, skinhead” raciss although you might be an obstacle to someone’s agenda.

See also the Kalergi Plan. Mr. Coudenhove-Kalergi claimed that he was generously funded by the Rothschild, Warburg, Baruch philanthropies – http://balder.org/judea/Richard-Coudenhove-Kalergi-Practical-Idealism-Vienna-1925.php

    • that’s absolutely right. a little make-up and wardrobe change and POOF… Nazis. lol

  4. If they wanted to de-legitimize Trump so badly, he never would have been made President. To the contrary, I think this actually benefits this administration when it comes to its domestic agenda, with Jeff ‘John Ashcroft on steroids’ Sessions leading the charge when it comes to curtailing rights and freedoms.

  5. Who hired a Beverly Hills company called “Crowds on Demand” to supply paid thugs to the Charlottesville Unite Right march?

And why is the AntiFa flag a mirror opposite of the 1933 Germany Communist Party flag?

  6. I’m more amused than I should be that Fields is holding his shield up side down.

  7. A third rate false flag for the Kwannies enjoyment.
Richard Spencer and Jason Kessler are deep state operatives.
The Charlottesville mayor attended Berkeley as a student and declared the city of Charlottesville to be the capitol of the resistance back in January.
Terry McAuliffe is a Clinton Crime Family operative.
Now do you see why the police were told to stand down and channel the “Alt-Right” protestors towards the Antifa bolsheviks?
